👣 Steps to run the Eros app for the first time

If this is your first time using the Eros Store app, these steps will help you get started quickly and easily:

 

1️⃣ Choose the country (Iraq)

Click on the word Iraq:

2️⃣ Allow notifications

3️⃣ Grant permissions for the app to work

•  Just click on the black "ACCEPT ALL" button at the bottom.

 

4️⃣ Log in

• There are 3 options
  
  1. The first is to log in, LOGIN, just enter your email and password to access your account.
  2. Create a new account, SIGN UP
  3. You can continue as a guest without creating an account by clicking on CONTINUE AS GUEST.
  Continuing as a guest allows you to browse and order, but your order history and addresses will not be saved.
  
  
  
• We recommend clicking on option number 2, SIGN UP, and creating an account with very simple steps.
  
  1. Fill in the first field with your name, for example (Noor)
  2. Fill in the second field with your family name, father's name, or nickname, for example (Ahmed)
  3. Enter your email address, for example (NOORAHMED@GMAIL.COM)
  4. Create a new password that is not related to your old email password, for example (112233AA)
  
  
• Then click on CREATE ACCOUNT

• 🏠︎Home: Divided into three vertical lists, each list contains different products
  
  Home, Care, and Makeup: These are pages for various products and categories.
  
  
  
  
  

• MENU ☰ Menu & Search: This is a map of the store where you can shop by different categories. Browse products by category (skin care, hair, body, makeup...).
  
  It also contains a search section by product name or company
  and a dedicated section for shopping by brand

🛒 Fourth: How to order from the app

Simple steps to complete your order:

1. Choosing the product

1.1 Entering the product page
1.2 Choosing the appropriate size or color
1.3 Clicking on "Add to Cart"

Note / After adding to the cart, a menu appears from which you can choose

Go to cart (GO TO CART)
or continue shopping (KEEP SHOPPING)




And repeat this step for each product you want.

After you have finished adding the required products, you can go to the cart.

2. Enter the shopping cart:

By clicking on the cart icon at the top, which now shows the number 1, indicating the current number of products in the cart.

Inside the cart, you can delete a product or increase the quantity using the + - 🗑️ buttons in front of the product.

The total is displayed at the bottom, and the price before and after the discount, including delivery costs.

If you have a discount code, you can click on DISCOUNT & GIFTS and enter the code.

After completing and ensuring that the appropriate number of products has been added, and noting the total, proceed to the payment section by clicking on CHECKOUT in black.

3. Payment page - you need to fill in the following information

Personal phone number or email for notifications
First and last name
Region + nearest landmark
Governorate
Delivery phone number




You can also choose the payment method
- Cash on delivery - Zain Cash - Mastercard transfer
And you can choose to pick up from the store without paying delivery fees
Or choose shipping and delivery and pay 3 thousand for delivery costs to all regions of Iraq

4. Click on Complete Order

You will then be redirected to the thank you page, and this is where your order's journey from Eros to you will begin with love.

- After completing the order, you will immediately receive an automatic message with order information.
- After preparation is complete, you will receive a message that the order has been dispatched for delivery.
- During the preparation period, you can cancel or modify the order.
- After you receive the confirmation message that the order has been dispatched for delivery, the order cannot be modified or canceled, and anyone who cancels our efforts will be banned.
