Exchange and Return Policy at Eros Store

At Eros Store, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and provide a flexible exchange and return policy to suit your needs. However, certain conditions must be met to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

When can I exchange or return a product?

1. Exchange for Non-Matching Orders:

  • You may exchange a product if it does not match what was ordered.

  • The exchange must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unopened and unused.

  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged after this period.

2. Damaged Products After Opening:

  • If a product is found to be damaged after opening, the damage must be proven by contacting our team within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will conduct the necessary inspection and provide appropriate solutions, such as an exchange or a refund.

3. Errors in Ordering (Customer Side):

  • If an order was placed incorrectly by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and delivery costs for returning or exchanging the product.

  • This must be done within 48 hours of receipt.


Requirements for Exchange and Return:

  • The product must remain unopened and unused.

  • The original packaging and all tags must be preserved.


Important Notes:

  • Consumable Products: Items such as skincare products or makeup cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

  • Natural Products: Items like flowers or plants cannot be returned or exchanged due to their sensitive nature.
