At EROS, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 6 to 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Processing excludes official curfew days.

  • In case of any processing delay, you will be notified immediately.

2. Shipping Times

  • Local orders (Basra): Delivery takes between 2 to 12 hours.

  • Other governorates: Delivery takes between 12 to 24 working hours, depending on the location.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Within Iraq: A flat shipping rate of 3,000 IQD applies to all regions of Iraq.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with reliable shipping companies to ensure timely delivery and the highest quality of service.

5. Order & Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or a WhatsApp message containing your shipment details.

6. Shipping Delays

  • Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or public lockdowns.

  • In such events, we will do our best to inform you and find quick solutions.

7. Remote Areas

  • Shipping to some remote areas may take longer, and you will be notified at the time of order confirmation.

8. Delivery Policy

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or a lack of response, the shipment may be returned to the store.

  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

9. Shipping & Gifts

  • If you require gift wrapping services or direct shipping as a gift, please mention this during order confirmation.
