Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your EROS Store account and everything tied to it, from this page or from inside the app. Installing the app is not required to make the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account, phone number, name and saved addresses
- Devices registered for notifications, and your notification preferences
- Your wishlist and back-in-stock alerts
- Your conversations with the store assistant and anything it remembered about you
What stays, and why
Invoices for orders you completed remain as an accounting and tax record we are legally required to keep. They are stripped of your personal details as far as the platform allows.
From inside the app
Open the app → Account → Delete account and sign out.
Requests are carried out within three working days. Signing in again before then cancels the request and keeps your account.
