How to use:
- Clean teeth thoroughly before using the toothpaste.
- Place a small amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush, approximately 0.5 cm.
- Spread the toothpaste evenly over the surface of the teeth and gums.
- Leave the toothpaste for one minute to take effect.
- Then rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
- It is preferable to use the toothpaste twice daily; after cleaning in the morning and evening.
- It can also be used when experiencing tooth or gum pain to relieve discomfort.
- Do not swallow the toothpaste; use it only for cleaning and disinfecting the mouth and teeth.
